Meeting
We begin with a brief exploratory meeting where we clarify your training objectives, target audience, and available equipment. During this phase, we discuss the type of risk scenario you wish to simulate and your budget/time expectations.
Field analysis
If necessary, our team will visit your site to examine the building plan, your equipment, and actual risk points. This is the most critical step in ensuring the simulation accurately matches your site.
Script design
We will design the course of events, decision points, and training success criteria together with you. At this stage, we will determine the parameters that can be managed from the instructor panel.
Development
We build the simulation using our Unity-based engine, integrated with VR, AR, or sensor-assisted physical equipment. Intermediate demos and feedback sessions are conducted throughout the process.
Delivery and training
We install and test the system on-site and train your team on usage, maintenance, and scenario management. We also offer post-delivery support and update options.
